Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to payments, cancellations and refunds for services provided by Trivium Media Group (“TMG”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Service Payments
Payments made to TMG for professional services are subject to the commercial terms agreed between TMG and the client.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, payments may include advance payments, project fees, retainers, milestone-based payments or other charges as specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, statement of work or invoice.
2. Cancellation by Client
A client may request cancellation of a service or engagement by contacting TMG in writing.
The applicable cancellation terms will depend on the nature and stage of the engagement and any specific cancellation provisions agreed upon in the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement or statement of work.
Where work has already commenced, amounts relating to services already provided, work completed, commitments made or costs incurred by TMG may not be refundable.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility will be determined based on the applicable commercial terms and the circumstances of the cancellation or refund request.
Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be communicated to the client before processing.
Certain payments may be non-refundable where services have already been performed, work has commenced, resources have been allocated or third-party costs have been incurred.
4. Non-Refundable Amounts
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following may be non-refundable:
- Fees for services already performed or work already completed;
- Amounts relating to work that has commenced;
- Costs or commitments incurred by TMG on behalf of the client;
- Third-party charges, media costs, production costs or other external expenses already incurred; and
- Any other amounts expressly identified as non-refundable in the applicable commercial agreement.
5. Retainer Services
For services provided on a retainer basis, cancellation and refund terms will be governed by the applicable retainer agreement or other written commercial terms agreed between TMG and the client.
Fees relating to a period for which services have already been provided or resources have been committed may not be refundable.
6. Third-Party Costs
Where TMG has made payments or commitments to third parties in connection with a client’s engagement, including media, production, talent, vendors, platforms or other service providers, such amounts may be non-refundable where the relevant third-party terms do not permit cancellation or refund.
7. Cancellation by TMG
TMG reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a service or engagement where circumstances require it.
Where TMG cancels a service for which payment has been received and no services have been provided or costs incurred, TMG will provide an appropriate refund of the applicable amount, subject to the terms of the relevant agreement.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, TMG will process the applicable refundable amount through the original payment method or another appropriate method, as applicable.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the client’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.
9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Refund or cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to TMG with relevant details of the engagement and payment.

10. Changes to This Policy
TMG may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
