A useful test for any technology company is whether it can answer six questions with evidence rather than assumption:
Categories overlap and move
A single product can plausibly be described as a platform, a tool, an infrastructure layer or an AI system, depending on who is writing. When a buyer asks for “the best platform for X”, the system has to decide whether your company belongs in that set. Where the category is contested, that decision rests on inference, and inference is where omissions and mislabelling occur.
